Returns Policy for Trigger Point Tool

Return Eligibility:

Our trigger point tools are eligible for return within 21 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, and include all original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via email at Admin@DrJena.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

3. Ship the Product: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.

Exceptions:

Products returned after 21 days of the original purchase date may not be eligible for a refund.

Items returned without a Return Authorization number, or that do not comply with our return conditions, may be denied a refund.

Defective or damaged items are subject to our standard warranty and may be exchanged rather than returned for a refund.
